Guardian Reinsurance Brokers (Zambia) Limited ("Guardian Re", "we", "us", or "our") is a licensed reinsurance broker registered in the Republic of Zambia and regulated by the Pensions and Insurance Authority (PIA). We are an endorsed broking partner of Minerva Re, providing professional reinsurance broking services to insurance companies operating in Zambia and the broader African market.

Guardian Re provides the following reinsurance broking services:

• Facultative Reinsurance: Placement of individual risks with reinsurers

2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, disputes may be referred to mediation
3. Arbitration: Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Lusaka, Zambia, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Zambia

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zambia for any legal proceedings.

12. Regulatory Compliance

Guardian Reinsurance Brokers operates under the supervision of the Pensions and Insurance Authority (PIA) of Zambia. Our services comply with:

• Anti-Money Laundering regulations

13. Amendments
